Got a Frog bike for my son a few months back and it’s been really solid. The paint has picked up a couple little marks here and there, but nothing too noticeable or worrying. Gears and brakes are still working fine even with regular use, so that’s been nice. It was a bit pricey, Not gonna lie, but the quality does seem good so far.

I had a question about sizing and wasn’t sure what to expect, but they got back to me really fast. The support team was easy to deal with, no back-and-forth headache or anything. I was kind of overthinking it, but they sorted it out right away, so that was a relief

I ordered a bike and was really looking forward to it arriving, but the delivery date came and went without any proper update. I kept checking for information and ended up having to chase it myself, which got frustrating.
When I contacted customer service, the replies were slow and didn’t really tell me much. It felt like nobody actually knew where my order was or what was happening with it.
By the time the bike finally arrived, the box looked battered, and it put me off ordering from them again. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience.

I ordered from frogbikes.com for my 6 year old and used their size guide because she’s awkwardly between sizes right now. I just measured her inside leg like it said, popped the details in, and hoped for the best.

it was way easier than I expected. The bike fit her really well, with the seat low enough that she could touch down safely but still plenty of room to raise it later. Then suddenly it hit me how much stress this saved me. First ride was calm, no wobbling panic, no second-guessing the size, just a happy kid on a bike.

This bike is really lightweight, and my son has been riding it so much more easily now (which is a big relief). Ordering from frogbikes.com was simple too, with no hassle at all.
